      Pros

      Great food! Great hospitality! Solid company with high standards. A company that is focused on getting better each shift, each day, each dish, for every guest, every teammate! I wish I would have found you years ago. I hope to never die, but if I do it will be busting my butt at FRC with a genuine smile and warmth in my heart. ( PS probably with a lot of money in my wallet too! Great compensation and benefits offered to both hourly and salaried employees )

      Cons

      Long hours, not always necessary! Quality of life, and actually enjoying your days off and getting a good night sleep are not always guaranteed. Long shifts end up becoming the norm.

      Pros

      They take care of you if you work hard for them(how it should be). Always looking to be better, never satisfied. Travel. Great culture. Everyone works like a team. benefits. I get 2 days off a week. You name it.

      Cons

      Long work days for the regular Joe.
