High standards mixed with great pay.

Pros

The best reason to work here simply put is the money. As a server you can make great money during the evening shifts. The other servers you work with often become family which is beautiful.

Cons

Saying the standards are high is an understatement. A quote was posted recently that read "mistakes are unacceptable." Managers make mistakes but shift blame to their employees.

Servers and bartenders are all a big wonderful family, management is an unstructured unorganized group of individuals.

Teamwork, support, the regulars, the food.

Cons

No set schedule, lack of communication on menu changes, managers would override each others decisions, they fire and rehire people, immature management team, poor training in all positions except serving, constant turn around in the back of the house which affected made the food lack consistency and flavor.
