      Pros

      From the environment, to the managers, to the guests. Everything is a first class experience and I would recommend all of these restaurants if you are looking for employment or just a place to eat any meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Not to mention you make great tips because guests love coming back! AND that 35% discount is a dream!!!!

      Cons

      Sometimes long hours.... but gotta love those tips at the end of those nights.

      Pros

      Some of the best people I've ever met and worked with. Amazing food- definitely looked forward to the food classrooms where new menu items were introduced.

      Cons

      Long, hectic shifts- sometimes 12 hour days with only a 30 minute break can be exhausting. However, the shifts typically feel short because of this.

      Pros

      The level of real hospitality at North is unlike anything, anywhere. They hire awesome people who have a genuine passion for what they do. Management knows how to balance having fun with professionalism. The restaurant is always busy, and has the best energy/atmosphere of anywhere around us. Great people, great food, great company to work for!

      Cons

      The hardest thing about working here is how busy it is.
