There are many, many PRO's to working at FRC. Great Hospitality Every Time. Delicious food, great service, cool restaurants, outstanding quality, high standards, fun workplace, family feel, positive reinforcement, growth opportunities, ongoing training, business education, fast pace, performance recognition...

Cons

I really don't have any CON's. In regards to other reviews I have read, it seems most of the CON's are by people that have a hard time being held accountable. The company has high standards and expects all team members to maintain them, that is a good thing.

Great management, treat employees well, promotion opportunities, allow for work/life balance, flexible

Cons

Fast turnover of management and employees because so much room for lateral and vertical growth within company so it is hard to adjust to new management sometimes and lack of cohesiveness between managers
