      -Camaraderie among both BOH and FOH employees -Young hip vibe in workplace -Great food and drinks -Good training program -Store level managers with good soft skills

      Cons

      -horrible to no benefits to hourly employees -below minimum wage hourly pay for FOH non-managerial employees -employee feedback to upper management falls on deaf ears

      I liked the people I worked with except for my management

      Cons

      They try to convey that they are a corporate company, but in reality they aren't very corporate. Management has a hard time communicating with staff and promoting teamwork. Management at Fox restaurants is always changing. I have had four General Managers in one restaurant and I will be there for two years in February.
