Pros

Restaurant benefits are decent; Restaurant staff is pleasant to work with. Marketing perception seems to be cutting edge and plenty of location in the Phoenix Area.

Cons

Organizational processes are inadequate and effect the bottom line. Training is poor and culture in non-inspiring. Corporate employees are fake, backstab and create a CYA environment. Sam Fox does not care about growing the organization and would rather reap the benefits of what was built.

Huge disconnect between Fox Corporate and Fox Restaurants!

Pros

-Popular restaurants; Fox Restaurants have excellent food, and great atmospheres. As a server you can make excellent money in their more upscale restaurants. -Good resume experience; many servers use their skills acquired at fox as a means to employment In Fine Dining Establishments.

Cons

-Poor Employee Discounts (35% where most restaurants offer 50%) -No Benefits for Hourly Employees -Fox Corporate "The Big Kitchen" gives little to know thought to how it's dicisions affect it's gound level employees. -Fox managers tend to inspire results via fear (In the authors opinion this is a mentality perpetuated by Fox Corporate).

Pros

If you like the food service industry, this is exciting, fun and energetic. Lots of perks. Sam Fox is a very nice and personable. The corporate office is trendy and located in the heart of Olde Town.

Cons

Upper management is clueless. The corporate office wreaks of fake, back-stabbing people who lie to your face then dismiss you for no good reason. My supervisor didn't communicate with me, even when asked directly if my work was good. I was ignored for six months prior to my dismissal, so after three months, I asked and was told everything was great. No communication, no warnings, no valid explanation.
