Business Outlook
Pros
Good pay for the work you do. (I worked at a Flower Child). Management is always on top of things. If there are any issues you can expect it to be addressed and taken care of right away. Their customer service policies are on point! I definitely learned a lot about great customer service from them.
Cons
I didn’t really expirience any with the company themselves. I really only stopped working for flower child because there was “too much going on” in the restaurant, which I think the average person has no issue with handling. I just get extremely stressed in that environment.
