      -Shifts almost always available to be picked up -Wine Tastings and food education

      Cons

      -Overscheduled, overstaffed -Duties irregular for Servers such as sorting silverware to be washed by dishwasher. -They use the healthy food movement to bait people in while the ingredients they use aren't always that high of quality. -No employee meals for servers. -Inadequate storage space for employee belongings. -They make you buy your own aprons/shirts from them to profit from their revolving door turnover. -Ad said would make up to $1000/week, actually made 600-700 when working 50+ hours.

      Great back if house cleanliness. Good cocktails not so great price. Poorly managed bar

      Worst to there own employees. Can even drink water here at work
