      good pay (quick to receive pay increases), very nice coworkers, good birthday/ year of service perks. not much else :/

      Cons

      long shifts, rarely leave before or at the end of your scheduled shift. and break violating is very common for that reason

      Pros

      Fox restaurant concepts is a company that truly cares about the health and well-being of their employees. I respect the fact that they encourage educated risk taking and self implemented corrective action when things don't go as planned. The management training program is one of the best that I have seen in my career and I appreciate the core values, belief structure, and the fact that you are given every tool necessary to succeed. The benefits at FRC are quite impressive as well, as are their perks including paid leave and continuing education reimbursement.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a job with little to no accountability, easy hours and no office work, then this is not the place for you.
