Pros

Loved my coworkers, food was great, and the pay was consistent. In addition, I learned a ton about the industry.

Cons

Poor communication between management and towards staff. Not as accountable in regards to certain policy such as no tolerance for harassment. While at first I felt it was a comfortable work environment and admired their high standards, I unfortunately was proven wrong. I can only hope Fox's other restaurants are not run in the same matter.

Pros

They really take care of their employees. There are so many career opportunities that they will set you up for and make sure you get to where you want to be. The culture of this company is something that you feel through every employee. Training programs are amazing - set you up for success. Incentives and compensation are fantastic.

Cons

Honestly, there are no cons that I can personally think of.

Pros

Good pay and flexible with scheduling. They really encourage a strong sense of teamwork and want you to succeed.

Cons

You don't get as much culinary mentorship from the chefs. No benefits until at least a year of working there I believe.
