Good experience overall, but could improve cross-departmental communication

Pros

People in the company were kind and eager to collaborate together. There was a lot of room to develop skills in the company and to take initiative on projects

Cons

Many projects need lots of strong cross-departmental communication to be successful and since Foxit has several global offices and separation based on business units, there was often not as much cross-departmental communication as would be needed for maximum efficiency and success.
