      Pros

      Employees are very helping nature. Very well cabin designs which suits to work. Good food and Cab facilities. Flexible timings. Managers are very friendly.

      Cons

      No PPO's for the intern.

      1. Founders and partners are the solid pillars. 2. Highly intellectual and knowledge driven. 3. Takes the risk of experimenting with new applications and cutting-edge knowledge. 4. Process driven. 5. Everyone is a learner. 6. The work and project process are one of a kind and thoroughly enjoyable. 7. When in site visits, importance is provided for employee comfort. 8. Progressive in thoughts.

      Cons

      1. Gaps in communication related to company policies and project strategies. 2. Motivation gaps. 3. Sometimes overbearing. 4. Organisational culture drastically shifts as new people come and old ones get out. 5. Need for a more steady HR department. 6. Sensitivity shown towards cultural and gender backgrounds are subjective.

      Pros

      Flexible timings Great facilities for employees like food and cabs at night. The Place is gender equality​ and everyone is treated with respect. Infact there are few good policies such as maternity leaves and sabatical. Srikanth vision is a big plus. Its inspiring. Increment and appraisal cycle

      Cons

      -Middle management is interfering in things they are not supposed to. -Few manager act as if they owns us eg there are people principles but not in our team. We don't even get our 21 leaves and have to sometimes work on holidays too. -work life balance has gone for a toss as we are supposed to always be available. -The work is repetitive in nature.
