      Worst company to work with

      Pros

      -Good colleagues and food available in the company - Work life balance (not for all) - Srikanth is a very thoughtful person but unfortunately not many are like that in the company

      Cons

      - Worst Place to work in - Middle management issues are at its peak. People who don't know what is analytic and fit for just to talk are managers - Poor IT infrastructure -Everything is done for the sake of money and promotion and work ethics at its worst and people principle is a scam -Favoritism prevails throughout the company and lack of accountability throughout the company - Lack of work and firing of employees - Company creates a lot of difference among employees by creating grades and varied salary structure based on nothing but favouratism

      Pros

      - The industry of the company is one of the growing industry across the world. - Does not get into work like data warehousing for clients. - Have couple of big clients, which guarantees a basic revenue stream.

      Cons

      - Management is reactive than proactive in nature leading to bad or no planning and very frequent strategy changes - Information flow is always top - down, any suggestion/idea against the view of manager can attract negative point against you. - Less focus on discussing things before implementation - Mismatch in one's strength vs. task assigned. - Be ready for being an escape-goat (if not in senior management) in case things, even if not under your control, goes wrong

      Good company going bad

      Good work culture, Growing, New Funding, good office atmosphere and colleagues

      Cons

      Bad middle management, too much politics, particularly in HR, senior management has no idea of who really does the work, they just care about their perks
