      Great place to work. Great people. Pretty much employee friendly. Lot of learning opportunities if one harnesses.

      Cons

      Lot of intervention from middle management during promotion cycle and not during work. HR Policies need to be little more flexible.

      Open Environment for learning Flexible work timings Great learnings about business and tech. Opportunities offered to freshers at Fractal are superb. No other firms offer such opportunities to freshers.
