      Pros

      - Remote option available - Food at the office is good - Health benefits are great

      Cons

      - Terrible HR lead - Employees are treated as resources. - Absence of mentors so if you want to grow your career and aim at leadership roles there is little scope. - Working hours extend up to 12-14 hours quite frequently and you can expect sitting on call till 2 am. - Diplomatic culture - Extremely difficult to move across business units - Biased against non-IIT / non-NIT employees

      1. Poor work life balance 2. Old employees ( working 10-12 years in fractal) can't take new thoughts/ideas from experience resources ( newly appointed) from other MNC's 3. Unprofessional Behaviour to newly appointed resources Note: This feedback is team specific, however all employees may not be similar.

      Cons

      There's a long list here - Micromanagement - Lack of job security. For anything and everything job is always at stake - No appreciation no matter how hard you work you'll be demeaned and always under the lens - Middle level management is worse than lala companies they talk rudely and harshly. They always blame employees and never accept their mistakes. - Lot and lot of confusion in processes - Politics you are stuck in spider web on one side there are favourite employees and on other side you've boot lickers no matter if they are doing anything productive or not.
