- Middle Management is more interested in protecting their job, and will pass blame onto their subordinates should there be any negative client feedback - HR tried to pay me less than the initial offer saying that they are adjusting for the fact that I am working remotely from Canada rather than USA. I refused and got the original offer. I learned later that some of my colleagues had sadly allowed themselves to be low-balled as they were taken aback and probably needed the job, -They never paid the signing bonus which was promised to me and kept delaying it on some excuse - They will try to reduce/withhold the year-end bonus also

supply chain practice is actually a place of politics where you can find some bunch of people who are working here from past 8-10 years and few of them don't have much deep understanding of supply chain. One of them will show off like they are so cool but eventually you will not learn anything in terms of supply chain, they will talk about consulting but you will not find anyone so effective even in consulting (few people you will find who don't know anything about supply chain but leading the supply chain projects). Rest is your wish , but my suggestion is to don't join supply chain practice if you want to grow yourself in supply chain domain
