      1. Nothing much but this company was far better in 2018

      1. Late night calls till 3 pm 2. Pay is less as compared to market standards 3. Company is not employee centric but it's always listen to the client and harass their employees.

      Just another typical service based org.

      They are ok org with most things like any other service-based org.

      Cons

      You are at the complete mercy of the client. If he says you are good then you are good and if bad then bad even when the client himself may not be treating you as a team member but a vendor whom he could pressure by threatening you to get you replaced. Just another typical service-based org and at times much badly managed. The notice period is 90 days but is quoted very confusingly in the offer letter (where they say it can be from 30 days to 90 days depending on your manager), they won't let you go out until the client stops paying for you and that is how it actually works.
