      Cons

      Salary, packages getting worst, increments poor compared to market . Never work on internal project growth is worst.

      Great organisation, bad manager and HR leadership.

      Pros

      Fractal is trying to create a culture which is inclusive, flexible and open. The new facility is a delight aesthetically and touches upon the right elements: child care, employees with disability etc. The benefit of free meals offered to all employees is popular.

      Cons

      "Management is the most critical capability an organisation has." Fractal HR is failing to realise the cons of dependence and power vested in one to two individuals at senior roles in the team. This lack of set policies places too much power in the hands of the manager or individual cases. A small team with idle time enough for too much involvement in each other's personal lives to the extent of interference, even contacting your family members without your knowledge. What appears is not true and the sugar coating tilts towards hostility. People do not leave organisations, they leave their bosses.

      Pros

      -Work from home is not a taboo here, -unpaid food for 3 times a day, -Yearly increment % is good.

      Cons

      - Although the company has marketed itself as a core AI firm, there are not enough AI projects and the few available are too "not challenging" to be called as "AI Projects". - Overall the quality of work is substandard and most of the projects are of BI domain using tools like Excel, Tableau etc. - Technology stack is mediocre, the so called AI dept is working on shoddy laptops. - HR dept is not autonomous, it is highly influenced by middle and upper management
