      1. Employee friendliness. 2. They trust their employees. 3. Flexibility to work from home as long as your work is delivered on time. 4. Very progressive policies. 5. Approachable managers. 6. Good and relevant work. 7. Perks of free good food. 8. Emphasis on constant Learning and growing.

      Pros

      Good culture and approachable management: you can reach out to anyone and ask any question and bound to get a honest answer Flexibility in working: let's you focus on getting the output. Doesn't bug you by asking you to come to office or asking you to work specific number of hours. Performance is rewarded with more exposure to other opportunities and a decent hike. So many frequent learning opportunities to keep you market relevant. And you can switch your career track/expertise from business (analyst/consultant) to a technical (data scientist/ big data engineer) role by clearing internal tests and mentor program.

      Cons

      Working ways differs very much from team to team since everything is based on your manager's way of working. You getting a good project will help you grow well and fast. But you getting a repetitive project will leave you stuck in it for long time with hardly any project/domain side learning.
