      Pros

      Awesome work culture. Good projects coming in. Increasing technical orientation and peer learning. Great and free food.!! Smooth onboarding and transition. Friendly HRs who take care to make new entrants feel welcome.

      Quality of quite a lot in middle management is not oriented towards the vision of where Fractal wants to go(BMW of analytics in Srikanth's words)
