      "If" you know right set of people you can enjoy exponential growth

      "If" you know right set of people you can enjoy exponential growth There is disconnect between higher management and an average employee, the management is harping and spinning stories about AI, whereas there is hardly any work that requires advanced analytics. There is lot of focus on creating one's visibility in the org as a result sycophancy has become a part of its DNA. Nobody cares about the work you do, it is all about whom you know. There is no clarity around career growth path, this decision lies in the hands of powerful individuals who have no clue about dealing with subordinates.

      - People and work culture - Flexibility of internal team movement - Good learning for freshers

      Cons

      - Constantly changing vision of the company - Unnecessary and forced goal completions - Inconsistent distribution of work expectation (Fewer people to do hands-on work and more people for management) - Leadership does not have good mix of tech and consulting
