      - Major focus on data analysis - constant focus on exploring new opportunities - good principles, teams and employees - Decent increments, haven't got one yet

      Cons

      - At times, I feel there are politics across teams - Very lethargic HR/operations/travel desk teams - Very less programmers across the org, in the long run it will be a big problem

      1. great place to work with flexible timings, power to choose own project, own manager, very open culture, no dress code restrictions as far as the work is satisfactory to managers, team and clients 2. client oriented, onsite opportunities, direct client interaction 3. lots of learning, FAA the internal analytics academy helps in learning many new technologies

      1. salary growth is not very fast 2. sometimes no work in team, some have to go on bench
