      Pros

      I have worked for few MNCs in my career so far but the amount of employee orientation Fractal has is unmatched. This is what makes the Company the best place to work. Flexibility and Empowerment are the two key people drivers.

      People principles are revolutionary. I believe they work and help increase productivity.

      Cons

      No consistency in most of the processes due to continuous effort to improve things. Not very well structured or organised.

      People, culture, opportunities, transparency, strong client relationships, senior management, work environment, freedom to operate these are some of the characteristics of working here and if nurtured well, it is a great place to work

      confusing priorities and too much focus on fast growth. need to enjoy growth more than get bogged down by it.
