The sales team sucks!

Pros

Overall, its a great company to work for, if you are a data scientist/with the DE team or any other engineering arm.

Cons

The sales team at Fractal is completely chaotic, with no leaders to look upto, insane expectations, and no structure to support learning and development(although it is there on paper). I was harassed by my manager who sits in Texas for a long time, with insane working hours, expectations to work till 2 AM, and zero appreciation for all my efforts and energy invested to make things work. Such management can take a big toll on employees.

1. Diverse client projects that enhance your skills and domain knowledge 2. Hybrid setup- in most cases WFO not mandatory 3. People diversity- you will collaborate with people of all age, work ex, etc.

Cons

1. Salary and hike not as per industry standard 2. Worship your client policy- sometimes you feel your voice not heard 3. Poor work culture- the work hours may extend beyond regular timings frequently 4. Minimal benefits and perks

Pros

They did appraisals even when other companies didn't provide appraisal during recession. They send holiday gifts once a year Work from home policy is still there

Cons

This company doesn't have good grievance and redressal policy. HRs are spineless if you report something something. They listen only to the managers. The managers in this company do not appreciate employees and have a big fat ego. Work life balance isn't good. Learning opportunity isn't good either.
