You will get so many courses to take up for your personal growth, if you get time apart from satisfying clients.

Cons

They will force you to work 14-16hrs a day regardless of time zone!! I worked from 11.30 am to next day 5am in the morning for 3 months , that too without any benefits(comp off, night shift allowances). When I had to discuss this issue, theh said we dont have any other project to assign, you must do it, and no benefits. Then it was affecting my health due to this was unable to deliver items in the timeline. One day they asked me to put papers otherwise we ll fire you, which would be black mark for my career! So I had to out paper, they gave just 15 days severance pay, that's it! Such a bad place to be! Dont fall for their packages, it runs your work life balance as well as health too!

Transparent and non-toxic work culture. Good wfh and reimbursement benefits.

Cons

Learning curve not that steep. Lack of professionalism. I didn't have a good experience overall.
