Company is good as long as you are performing. the moment you stop doing that they will fire you Fractal is unofficially laying off people and thats horrible.

Cons

New leadership in the recruitment function is terribly bad. no empathy no sensitivity. toxic environment has been created within teams. I work out of Bangalore office and has been a horrific time after October. The hiring leadership openly blames and shames people. use toxic and filthy language. Senior Management needs to look into this matter.

I worked at Fractal for over 3 years and I can honestly say that it was a fantastic experience. The company culture was exceptional, and I felt supported and appreciated during my time. The work environment was top-notch, and I had plenty of opportunities to grow and develop my skills. What's more, the company truly cares about its employees and their well-being. Even though I have moved on, I'm proud to have been part of such a thriving workplace community and would highly recommend Fractal to anyone looking for a fantastic company to work for.
