Pros

Everything @ Fractal is awesome. Join Fractal without giving any second thought. One major plus point is that Srikanth interacts every Tuesday at Townhall, which is an amazing opportunity to share his dream. I mean, in which org do ya see a Founder interacting with it's people every week?

Cons

Recruitment process is slow. You have to keep pushin' the HR team. But the HR people are very supportive and are kind.

Good culture, transparent policy, high bonuses, Good offices and benefits

Cons

poor work quality, random allotments on projects without considering previous skills, less of data science more of data analytics so not fit for core Data Science people
