Pros

Fractal offers cordial work environment, Competitive salary, Health insurance plans, abundant work from home, employee friendly policies. Fractal handled Covid 19 impacts effectively.

Cons

Abrupt decision making: Company decided to provide an increment mid year stating that it is for year 2021, hence with clear indications on no increments coming in next year. It is difficult to understand the rationale when Company's performance is strong and the increment could be provided for FY 2020 itself.

Pros

As most people join as freshers fractal provides an open culture. Any person from any team can reach out to anyone for help. People are really nice. There are various experts in every domain/skill in Fractal who are always ready to help when you are stuck. Very supportive IT, Admin, Finance, HR teams. There is an inhouse training academy focusing on employees technical development.

Cons

Projects are too client oriented instead of right approach. There may be people working in same team and same work but a huge difference in salary. Upper management is not really concerned about the compensation structure the associates and consultants get. You may be asked to work in multiple projects without being billed 100% but at the end of the year your manager may still ask you what else have you done. You may not get appreciation for the work/hardwork you do if your manager is not concerned.

Pros

I worked with Fractal for close to 2 years. This company has a fantastic culture. all credits to Mr. Srikant. They have taken a stand of not laying off any employees in these tough times, that speaks a volume and makes me feel proud that I once worked with them. A lot of facilities, good infrastructure, and food. Some great people and lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

The opportunity for growth is very low. HR department should be more action-oriented.
