Pros

1. The work culture. 2. The attitude and reachability to upper management :- You can talk to anyone and their attitude will be so helpful that you'll fall in love with the atmosphere <3 3. Providing you freedom to work. Unlimited work from home / leaves. No questions asked, In the time of crisis it is life savor. 4. Understanding the employees and taking care of them :- The company literally takes care like you are a family. The quality of food, services, cab etc. They make sure that you are not suffering and you get very high quality services.

Cons

Just one cons: - 1. The quality of work in some project can be a little boring and repetitive.

Pros

1. WFH 2. Flexible timings if you are not working from a client location

Cons

1. If you are working on a client project then there's no Saturday Sunday for you or national holiday, also there's no compensatory off or extra money you get for doing that. 2. Managers always over commit to clients and all the burden is on the lower level people, to deliver a 3 months project in 1 month. 3. Doesn't matter what your role and skills are, if you are on bench you have to be ready to do anything that's comes because client first and your career aspirations doesn't matter.
