      Pros

      Best reason to work is because the organisation really practices it's values and leadership codes. Regardless of your level - you also get unfiltered access to Srikant over townhall meetings that have an open floor to ask questions. Amazing opportunity to learn from a successful entrepreneur! If in case we do have a concern - you definitely get a fair hearing of the concern.

      Having worked in about 6 organisations till date - very difficult to point out any cons for Fractal.
