      Good culture and learning opportunities, but minimal perks, low annual hikes, and rare promotions.

      The Hive platform offers diverse learning options, flexible leave policies, and supportive managers.

      Cons

      Salary hikes and promotions are limited and unsatisfactory, with an average hike of just 8%, if you're lucky. Even with hard work and client recognition, rewards and perks are minimal, often a token award worth 2k at best. Promotions are rare, and even then, a hike is only given if tied to a role change, again, if you're fortunate.
