Overall Fractal has a good team with employee-friendly policies

When a company CEO prioritizes their image over business performance, it raises concerns for the company. Fractal CEO instructs all employees to 'like' his LinkedIn posts to boost his public persona! One would expect the Fractal CEO to be in the market, meeting clients, and cultivating C-suite relationships, but he is completely absent. He is surrounded by cronies in India with no accountability. No one in the company knows how he spends his time.
