      Work life balance, flexible leave policy, huge clients and chance to work with tech giants

      Cons

      1) Definitely underpaid, doesn't provide good salary increments. 2) Some Engagement Managers doesn't care for employee growth, and on shore senior consultant sometimes are not given enough credit/respect 3) The immigration lead sitting in India is often rude.
