      Pros

      Nothing as such.Only there was cab facility for late employees

      Cons

      Torturing Employees to resign without any reason.The company is full of fear and dissatisfaction .There is no freedom given for the employees to move in different projects.It was one of the worst company ever.Projects are just about copy pasting and mundane work is given for the employees where there is no scope to learn anything.After that in appraisal cycle they will point out about everything which you dont know at all.

      Pros

      - Some of the employees are very talented and used to have good project - CEO, is very nice and humble person.

      Cons

      - 80% of the Managers don't have any knowledge of analytics and getting increment and promotion on the basis of buttering skills. - Can't pay high salary, and fired them with non-sense reasons - Chief people officer is nothing but a designation to fear employees, even that designation has created by firing a talented HR manager - This is not the company what it used to be, its a sinking ship now

      You clearly have had a pretty bad experience at Fractal. This is not typical and I wish you had experienced what many other Fractalites do, a place where they thrive and exceed their potential. I also wish you had reached out while you were still at Fractal so that we could have found a solution, or at the very least, come to a clearer & shared understanding of the situation and specific instances. Wherever your career may take you next, consider stepping up, voicing your concerns, and finding a solution. Regards, Raj
