Pros

Srikanth all the way. His personality, integrity and intelligence will floor you and make fall for the company in few seconds. Probably the best guy in Indian analytics industry today. Though it is now getting overshadowed by other people in Exec (business heads) from India.

Cons

The company since last two years has been boasting about the transparency in payscale. And what we have discovered is all farce, the salary bands are just a way to manipulate stuff. The favorable ones of Exec team always tend to benefit and get revised salaries which do not fall in the range. Definitely the fault of Exec who are supposed to guide and not lie to young people in their mid 20s (they are relying on Exec for their career at the end of day). We came across another shocker few days back - few of us wanted to know whether company is distributing ESOPs and wanted to seek a clarification. It was either out rightly denied or the question got served through confusing/inconclusive answers right from the Exec (business heads from India) and guess what now we hear is it has been given to lot of people, and the most disgusting piece is clarity on WHY and HOW. Everyone understands it is awarded on merit and if that is the case why not make the process public, and say these people were awarded as they did few good things. One person which many of us think as our role model has further said, the management has asked to keep it supremely confidential and not discuss even with his team. This is truly disastrous and end of the game now. We are out to seek new jobs now, no more answers expected. Good bye. - Group of few people. We asked it out openly and due to blatant lies we were left with no option but to write a review here.

Hi, I clarified in our townhall discussion that we are in the process of allocating some additional ESOPs to very select people (based on seniority, performance, potential and role) within Fractal. The process is ongoing and not yet complete. We are radically transparent in discussing Fractal information within our company but please don't expect a full justification for who received how many ESOPs and why. This is discretionary and guided overall by Pranay/Srikanth (with help from rest of the senior leadership team). On pay scale - our promise is that 85% of the team will be within the pay scales established. This provides us enough freedom to attract/retain talent while maintaining fairness. Srikanth
