      Pros

      Fractal offer a lot of benefits to it's employee no doubt. The people are nice and approachable.

      Cons

      You aren't going to work with Fractal but with a client of Fractal. You will be basically deployed at a client project which may not have the same good people and culture as Fractal. So be very sure that this is a service based organization and it won't matter how good rating Fractal gets as best place to work. Your deployment will be totally dependent on your client Project. I did a mistake by stopping collecting offers when I got Fractal, it wasn't worth it as I have worked with product based companies with Fantastic culture than Fractal's Client's have. An remember client is always right at Fractal

      Very bad management and leadership team. Too much of bias and favoritism seen across the organisation - be it promoting people, rewarding people or sending onsite.
