      Free food Work from home Learning if u get time from the mundane work you do

      If you really want to work for more than 12 hrs daily this is the place. Full of politics Analytics is just a word most people work on excel and they show themselves as Artificial intelligence company. Only data scientist hired from IIT work on some gd projects Late promotions

      - Good for learning - Good work life balance - Good flexibility - Good client exposure

      Cons

      - No appreciation for efforts at all - No bonus - not very common to receive the variable pay promised as part of CTC - Management only focuses on products whereas services is the real cash cow - Team politics and partial behaviour - Promotion only after discussing with all the managers in the account ( how would they know if they do not belong to the same team)
