      decent pay not great initially overtime.

      Cons

      Unrealistic workload questioned for any lapse in completing work. After going above and beyond to submit hundreds of immigration applications Fraggomen laid off 4 of us while leaving newer hires on the payroll. Toxic managers employees are miserable.

      5k bonus at year end for lowly W2s

      Cons

      Amateur hour, typical big company environment with little work accomplished, selfish employees, middle management super controlling, discrimination against white straight males, a lazy long term employees who dump all the work off on new employees - with significant more experience. Awful back stabbing environment.
