My experience at Fragomen Dutch Brussels was extremely disappointing. The management is chaotic and completely unprofessional. The HR department, in particular, is the worst I've encountered. They openly told a colleague they would never get a raise, which is not only demoralizing but also completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, they criticized a manager for being "too humane" to lead—a comment perfectly encapsulating the toxic environment fostered here.
