      - Great team, love everyone I work with - Very flexible re. PTO, WFH, etc. - Work feels generative - Good entry level job - Can show up late

      Cons

      - Heavy workload - 43-45 hrs/wk expected - No downtime, most people don't take lunch, eat at desk, etc. - Pay is not competitive (based on what I've heard)
