      No 401k matching. They do not adequately train you and you are largely forced to learn on the job, while juggling various urgent deadlines. Often no one is available to help you, or whoever is available to help you will tell you to ask someone else, who also doesn’t know the answer to your question. For the amount of stress involved, the work deserves higher pay.

      They will hire you right out of college.

      Cons

      This firm will dominate your life. Terrible and toxic management styles, no work life balance, extremely low pay for the area its in and their positions offered, most employees share similar sentiments--- we all want to leave. This firm will drag you into the mud. I know several employees who have left due to mental health concerns regarding this job. Even if you complain HR will not help you. Repeatedly ive been told its "between me and my boss". Little to no growth after you move up to caseworker.

      There wasn't a great work/life balance. It was typical to stay late and work on weekends.
