Great training in all areas of immigration law, the high case load will make your next opportunity feel like a cake walk Great benefits

Cons

Micromanaging leadership, constant meetings and check ins HIGH caseload, you will receive no praise or substantive compensation for burning your slept out here so DON’T. I’ve seen people pull all nighters in the office during cap season just to be laid off later. Horrible pay Too many processes really bogs down the work Outdated and Byzantine propriety software for billing and case management. Truly makes no sense at all - you can truly tell IT work has been outsourced to India

Everything. Onboarding was overly vague because each team did things differently, but then the team lead did no further onboarding to teach any of those differences, so you had to be ready to ask a LOT of questions. Fair enough, I was game - except the answers were never clear and always left key information out, so had to keep going back. It was like pulling teeth. A lot of time was wasted and then when I was working, nothing was ever good or fast enough. If you fall behind expectations, be prepared for intense micromanaging. Worst job I've ever had tbh. Quit without even having another one lined up.
