      Pros

      the pay is pretty good. besides that, nothing else to grab you. if you don't have friends at work, you might get bored. its monotonous.

      Cons

      culture. experience is wholly dependent on the team, for better or worse. training isnt great. huge gap between attorneys and nonattorneys. on some teams, caseworkers are treated like 2nd class citizens. Firm technology needs significant improvement. get your $ and keep your head down if you can.
