Think twice before working here
Pros
The only pro I can think of is working in the office 2x a week
Cons
I’m not writing this review to speak negatively about the company, but rather to offer advice to those who may be considering a role here. While the company presents itself as supportive and employee-focused, my experience was quite the opposite. The environment can feel highly micromanaged, with frequent criticism and pressure that can affect your confidence. The expectations are extremely high, often requiring near-perfect, robotic work, and opportunities for growth are limited. Training is inconsistent and unclear. Instructions often vary between colleagues, leaving you unsure of what the correct process is. You may initially be paired with a buddy, but they are often too busy to provide meaningful guidance, leaving you to navigate tasks on your own. This lack of direction can be frustrating and stressful. The workplace culture sometimes makes employees feel like just a number, and opinions are rarely sought or valued. Perks such as free fruit, while appreciated, do not offset low wages and minimal benefits. Managers can also be very controlling, which contributes to a challenging work environment. Overall, I would advise anyone considering a role here to be aware of the highly pressurised environment and the limited support for professional growth.
