Pros
There are a ton of really great people to work with. I also felt this was a great place to begin my career and use it as a stepping tool. I learned a lot about myself and how to be a professional.
Cons
There was an incredible amount of turnover within the company. I always felt there were multiple people leaving every month, which resulted in a pretty depressing atmosphere. Additionally, there was always a lot of change in some form, and the communication and expectations about that change, from top to bottom, seemed to get lost often. Change is part of immigration but I felt that I often questioned whether I was doing my job correctly.
