Return to office, first of all. I have never worked at a company that has shown so much contempt for its employees. The leadership really openly hates you. All decisions are made in a vacuum with no input, even high level management won't know until they receive the same email as everyone else. Huge layoffs with no promise of job safety. My manager wasn't even told when three of her direct reports were laid off. She found out by trying to send them a message and seeing their accounts deactivated. These are people with a life and a family, though I doubt anyone in the Fragomen leadership understands why those are important. Don't even think about applying here. This company will not exist in three years, max.
