      Good for your resume but find better

      Pros

      Good reputation in the immigration industry. Great tech and tech support and legal support staff is impressive. Pay and pto benefits are fine. Some good people sprinkled throughout. hybrid flexibility is nice.

      Cons

      Stagnant growth, cold, isolating, hazing culture that is unwelcoming to new team members, no training, unsupportive, everyone is scared to make a mistake, management doesnt have employees’ backs. Work is redundant. Growth/promotions are unheard of. Not a good place for BIPOC.

      Pros

      Get to work on your own pace. Take lunch whenever.

      Cons

      They do not train well. Will get scold by attorneys if you don't do something by their par. You may not take lunch until 2-3pm. They don't do OT.

      Pros

      Many of the attorneys and Immigration Analysts are very friendly. You can certainly make some good work friends along the way. The work that is done is very fulfilling. Good benefits/PTO.

      Cons

      Almost no training was given at all. You will have to learn through trial and error. Constant changes to procedures and reshuffling of client teams without consulting the positions that the changes will affect. Expect many team members to leave without any plans for the firm to fill their absence. Raises are consistently below standard, especially compared to inflation. Promotions are almost unheard of.
