      Good Yearly hike and career expansion opportunities.

      Cons

      Politics. Not a well structured corporate, it's still in growing stage. Cheap salary and possition bargaining while recruitment. Giving priority to fun more than work. So people became very lazy and its really difficult to manage those people and make them work.
