      -Team Lunches. -Employee Friendly. -Hybrid model. -2 Office parties a year. -Several cultural programmes -Sports and other activities.

      Cons

      -Low pay grade. -Easily replaceable jobs. -Management arrogant for working in hybrid model. -Employees have to come to workplace irrespective how far they live. - No overtime and extended work times. -Working on several projects/processes at the same time. -Poor growth. -No new skills learned.
