Pros
There is a warm and welcoming environment for new hires, and employees are allowed to have a good work/life balance. We can be proud of our firm's commitment to pro bono and community service work, including sponsored activities that non-legal staff can participate in. Th firm places value on diversity and has many women and minorities in prominent positions.

I have not worked here for very long, and so far have not experienced any cons.
